Below are a few links to information that could be useful to you.  The Janka scale is a system of measuring how dense (hard) a particular wood is.  This could be helpful if you have large dogs or small children, or you have a good amount of traffic on your floors.  Next, is a page dedicated to software that can help you design a room.  Follow the links; you might have to update your web browser to view these powerful tools.

When you are ready, and want our professional input free of charge, contact us.  We will schedule a time to meet with you and we can quickly assess your job.  We pride ourselves on quick turn-around times, and professional follow up.  Our customers always tell us that we respond better than anyone else they contact, and that is something we are proud of.

We then take detailed measurements and drawings and provide you with a bid, usually within the same day before we leave.  This is a very accurate estimate, however the price of wood often fluctuates day to day.  Within 48 hours, though, we will email you back a final estimate and proposal. 

When you agree to hire us, we then schedule a start time.  Some rare, exotic woods may take up to three weeks for delivery.  Most woods, though, are delivered within a week. 

Once we have a start date, our team will show up at the agreed to time and begin preparing the site.  This includes moving furniture that was agreed to beforehand, and protecting the over-all environment.  We pride ourselves on processes that minimize dust.

During the installation, we take photos and make them available for you on our website.  You can log on and see our progress throughout the job, as well as show off to your friends and family.

When we are done with the job, we meet and do a final walk-through.
